Read through the forums on bigger pockets, read through the forums on mobilehomeuniversity.com, listen to the park street partners podcast , Listen to the podcast with Charles Dehart, start looking at deals online at loop net and mobilehomeparkstore.  Thats a good free start, lots more great paid resources as well
