Mobile Home Park Owned Property Lease - Indiana

Good afternoon BP,

This is my first of probably many posts. I am in the process of obtaining a ~40 lot mobile home park in Indiana. All of which are full and all but 4 are park owned. I was looking for recommendations for leases to be able to use. There is one currently in place but I feel is pretty weak needs updated. If there is anyone willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated.  I was unsure if I would be able to use one from the NAA and take out the items that are not of value.  Any pointers or if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
