Stay away from unzoned MHP?
I am a beginning MHP investor looking at a listing for a park at the top of the MLS listing it says UNZONED. But at the bottom of the listing it says TYPE USE PERMITTED: MOBILE HOME and LAND SUB-TYPE: MULTI-FAMILY LAND. This is confusing me and want to know what does this mean because it seems to be conflicting. Any help would be appreciated!
