I have a MH lot in Pensacola I'm looking to rent out. Tenant will bring and install their own Mobile home. Realizing & hoping they will be a tenant for a long time, what is typical for a security deposit? I've seen everything from 1st month 's rent to a couple thousand (in case I'm stuck having to move the MH). What do you guys typically charge?

How much are you charging for lot rent? I would say from $0 to the amount equal to lot rent. If they can't afford to pay you $300 in lot rent then they're not going to be able to afford $2500-5000 to move it. To protect yourself stay on top of them and make sure they don't get more than 2 months behind on rent.
