Flip or Invest? I have vacant lots in a Mobile home community.
I recently purchased six vacant lots near Cedar Creek Lake in Mabank, TX. The community has some mobile homes and a few campers, the rest are lots with trees and shrubs. The roads are freshly paved and other amenities are in place. Three of the lots are 50x100 (side by side) and the other three are 40x80 (side by side). Would it be smart for me to just flip these lots or could I possibly partner with someone who invests in mobile homes/rv's?
