How to tie up a mobile in a 55+ park for rehab and resale/re-rent
How do I tie up this property?
A guy is selling a double wide in a desired 55+ park in my town. He keeps sayin you must 'qualify' first in the park. (background check-credit) but i am not interested in living there, as I am looking to flip this property. I want to work on it and resell it, or lease option it. The guy only wants $200 a month for this thing and a 8k asking price (which i plan to hammer down a notch)...
How do i legally tie this up while i rehab and resell, and where do i get the proper documents?
Thanks,
Chip
