New Mobile home park buyer
Hi, everyone.
Been on bigger pockets for a while now, but never had anything to say till now. I came across an opportunity which I have no knowledge of, so I was hoping to get some help. Got contacted by someone selling a mobile home park and I have no clue even how to evaluate if it's a good deal or not.
14 units, (8 are rented between $300-$375, 2 ready to rent, 3 need rehab and 1 open lot). They are looking for 160k. What would be a good offer on this park? what kind of due diligence do I need to due differently then a single family home?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Might take me a while to get back to anyone who replies.
Thanks again
