How to get $$$ or people to fix up homes in your park
BP,
I was wondering what some avenues were for getting financing to fix homes in your park, or finding other creative ways to get them repaired at no out of pocket to the park owner. So far I have come up with these:
1. Line of Credit, homes as equity. Would a bank do that?
2. Offer them to flippers for $1
3. Offer them as fixer-uppers to tenants for a small amount (500?).
4. Seeking Capital from private money
5. Offer them to a used home dealer that could fix them up and sell them on payments (Would have to figure out a way for them to not be allowed to haul them away immediately)
