MH investing in Canada? Experiences?

Hi guys,

I've been looking around and can't seem to find any Canadians actively doing MH investing in Canada the way @John Fedro and @Bill Neves seem to do. Are there any Canadians out there doing individual MH investing in Canada? And what has your experience been like? (re: general numbers for profit/cashflow, prices, frequency of deals, ease/difficulty, and anything else you think is interesting to note :) I greatly appreciate your comments and thoughts! Thanks all!
