Potential Mobile Home Purchase
I've never purchased a mobile home before, but ran across a potential deal and wanted to see what you guys thought. It's an older home, but in good condition. Sits on a little over an acre of land, which is included in the purchase. Currently rented for $650 per month. Asking price is $18k, although the owner is willing to negotiate a little. Do you analyze a mobile home deal the same as SFR, or is there something else that I'm missing? Thanks in advance for any advice!
