Home renovating friend

I  have a friend who is home renovating and is currently on the lookout for an electric fireplace perfect for her place. I have suggested her a few out of which the one which she seems to be impressed with was Stylish Fireplaces of Toronto. I do not know what all factors to look for while buying an electric fireplace/ Suggestions are most welcome.
