Any Indy investors have an interest in Mobile homes?

I'd like to tap into my Indianapolis market to hear feedback about mobile homes.  Anybody who invests in Indy, what is your point of view of investing in mobile homes?  Would you do it?

Why or why not?

Looking forward to all opinions.

Thank you!

@Ronald Hunt there was at least one good podcast on BP about buying MH for cash [very low priced] and then selling them as a lease to own or on contract.

I love this idea along with a more traditional idea of owning the whole park and enjoying monthly rent for the "dirt" plus having a few homes that are being sold on lease to own in the same park.

I also love buying newer "manufactured" homes from the banks as a REO. Since it's hard to get financing on this type of built home, I've found it easier to get a much lower price on some of these homes. I then fix them up a little bit and rent or offer as lease to own.
