Hi,
I am buying my first mobile home park and I found a good property management company. Now I really need to know how to set up bank accounts and how much money do I give access to my property manager.
I heard that I need one account for security deposit, one for operations, one for rental money.
If that's the case how much money do I put in operations? Is there a percentage?
Please advice. I am really stuck.
