Mobile Home Lead?
I'm looking for someone in the Phoenix market that is familiar with mobile homes. I received a lead from my website that is looking to sell a mobile home.
The mobile home is and land is owned free and clear, in Paradise Valley School Dist(Cave Creek Rd & N. Grandview Rd) home is not in a trailer park. I am not familiar with mobile homes, but as a wholesaler I know motivation when I hear it and the owner needs to sell ASAP by 5/30 to move north.

Sounds like a motivated seller to me as well.Good instinct.
I am not in the Phoenix area but do know investors purchasing MHs in your area. If you can send me the home and seller information I will be happy to forward the info to my local investors in the area. This is assuming of course you don't mind someone else working the lead and making the purchase offers. If we close on the home you will of course receive a finder's fee. If you would rather make the purchase offer yourself and get the home under contract I can help clue you in to what price and/or terms we need to be at.
