I'm currently a multifamily commercial agent in Florida at 100units.com and would like to connect with a MHP investor in FL. Although I love brokering multifamily, mobile home parks seems to be better on cashflow & management. Anyone in the Central or South Florida area have any experience in investing in Mobile Home Parks?
