MHP inside city limits
I own a 9 unit MHP inside the city limits of a small town. It has been there for many years, and have recently found out that it is "grandfathered" in. According to the city, what is there, can stay but no new units brought in and can't replace a unit that's there no matter the situation. Has anyone dealt with this? Needing some guidance as I am trying to fix up the park and am hitting this roadblock. Thanks
