Investors doing deals in SE Michigan?

I have read Lonnie Scrugg's books. I have experience in residential cash flowing properties. There are just so many mobile home parks in the surrounding areas I am looking at: Brighton, Howell, Ann Arbor, Canton and so on. Any investors doing deals in this area?

Would love to pick your brains. I have a pretty extensive entrepreneur background but don't want to reinvent the wheel. I know Michigan has specific requirements regarding dealer license and other such fees and want to connect with someone in this state and this area as investors in other states may not have to deal with the specific onerous fees and regulations we have to deal with here in Michigan it seems.

Drop me a line or a connection!

Dan
