Looking to lease land in Salisbury NC for mobile homes- need an expert

I currently own approx 5 acres of vacant and mostly cleared land in Salisbury NC. I’m looking to build out the infrastructure necessary to lease it to people that have their own mobile homes.   I need some assistance from someone that has experience with this type of land rental.  And someone that knows the area.  Thank you.

@William Hughes Definitely start with the zoning department to make sure you can move forward with your plans. In many cases, if there are mobile homes in the area on land around your land most likely you're able to put mobile homes on that land. Though, it will depend on what the land is zoned for and if there are any restrictions (i.e. age, size, condition, etc).

Also, you'll have to find out how many mobile homes you can put on your land. Start talking to the zoning department and try to get referrals of others who've done the same if you need them from other real estate investors or mobile home dealerships should you need more input and/or advice on the subject.

Hope that helps!
