Manufactured or Mobile Home Factories

Tara Fenn
Posted

Hi all! We're small potatoes mobile home brokers. We don't have a big dealership or lot, we just mostly flip used homes. I was able to get dealer pricing from one factory as a licensed retailer in Texas. I'd like some different model options, though. Does anyone know how to go directly to the factories? I'm having a hard time finding them. (We're also looking in Pennsylvania, if anyone can help there as well.) Thanks in advance.

Quote from @Rachel H.:

@Tara Fenn Usually, the mobile home dealerships should know where the factories are depending on where new homes are coming from. Also, you can look up the title on new homes being sold to figure out the address of the location where manufactured homes come from including the manufacturer information. Hope that helps!

Thanks, Rachel. That’s helpful!
