Trouble finding financing
Property has a 750sqft block home and a double wide, which sits on a lot just under 1 acre. The block home has a tenant , but double wide is uninhabitable. The property is zoned multifamily - mobile home park. Zoning allows to add 5 additional mobile homes. Residential lenders won't help because it has the mobile park zoning. Commercial lenders won't help because its not a new site.
Any recommendations on how I can get long term financing?
