Park Owned Homes Insurance

Hello,

I'm looking at an acquisition of a park in which they are 100% park owned homes. Which carriers will insure this type of property and what should I be anticipating for annual premiums per unit/foot?

I plan to operate the park as detached apartments, despite most people's conclusion that owning the homes is a bad idea. I'm traditionally a multifamily investor and the numbers make sense.

Thank you in advance for reading!
