Mobile Home inspections

I have just purchased a used 13yr old mobile home from a known owner who is building a new home. I would like to know what to look for as far as weak points, so when we rent it out it is ready with as few surprises as possible. Plumbing checks, etc... I am having an AC guy reinstall the ac system, but I would like to know more about, what things are kind of weak, as compared to a regular stick house. I am especially curious about what type of plumbing pipes are in it. There is a large cover or sheet under the home, which is probably some sort of vapor barrier. Thanks for any tips.
