How can you make a Mobile Home Park out of a lot?
This would be just the lots I plan on renting out - I know the site needs electric, water and city sewage (don't want to do septic), but how do I go about getting approvals for this if I'm in Texas where there's no real zoning (but obviously MHP are hidden away so something is stopping them)
What obstacles will I face turning an empty lot of land in the outskirts into something capable of hosting 24-30 lots?
Thank you
