Help with finding resources for starting an RV Park

I have acquired some land in an area for construction workers. I would like to have this property generate income as a RV Park. I don’t know anyone who has one and I haven’t been able to find any books on starting this kind of business form the ground up. If anyone has any resources please let me know. Also, would you hold off on this decision or go for with the way the current economy and material prices are?
