Manufactured cash out

I have a manufactured home deeded to the land as an investment property. I own it free and clear and was looking to pull out some cash to reinvest. Anyone know of lenders to do a cash out or something similar?

@William Stewart Try checking around with some local mobile home dealerships or your manufactured housing association. They may have a few referrals for you. Also, you may want to contact local banks and credit unions. Hope that helps!

@William Stewart I'm in the same boat.  I have a property that I want to do a cash out refi on.  Mine is in NC.  If you have any luck, let me know.  I got all the way to the finish line with one lender, and they backed out last minute.  I've called a lot of folks and working on additional inquiries.  Some that I've found that do refinance will only do it on a personal property or second home.
