Manufactured Home Investing (Not Parks)
Hey Guys,
Was wondering if anyone has experience actually investing and renting out individual manufactured homes, whether this be a BRRRR or what not. I noticed a lot of the discussions on here discuss buying and investing in whole parks, but for someone like me with no experience, this isn't an option.
Also I noticed in the area I live (San Diego), a typical 2Bed 2Bath Condo might go for $600,000, whereas a manufactured home would be around $100,000. I realize that you are only buying the home and still have to rent the land it sits on, but was running the numbers and I feel a good (if not better) cash-on-cash return can be made. Any info would help, thanks!
