Updated Datasets on BP Insights (median income, rent, SFR prices)

Hello All - does anyone know when the datasets at BP Insights get updated? Specifically, I am interested in the data contained in "Rent-to-Income Ratio" but it's getting dated. Related, where is BP getting the data? I can certainly track it down myself if someone knows of good sites with (downloadable) median income, rent, SFR prices, etc. Thanks!
