Hello, My name is Crencenthia, I'm not totally new to BP. I had to start my account all over. Covid 19 hit me and it really messed with my memory and other things. I'm working on those things daily. I'm not totally back to me, it's not as bad as before. I was very active on here. So, I haven't brought my investment property yet. I'm working on that now. looking for 2or 3 family units and live there as well. I live in Durham NC so if anyone around this area please let me know, I'll love, to connect with you. I need to be around others that can understand my way of thinking. My goals are to have Air BNB by buying and renting other landlord's properties as well. in between those Ill love to flip affordable housing for first-time homebuyers, For those whose budget, is lower.
