Hello everyone! I'm new to BP from Kentucky, and I'm looking forward to learning from and networking with you all.

I've been a real estate investor for many years doing residential deals. Recently I shifted my focus to multi-family properties. It's been quite a learning experience! Any way, I just want to introduce myself and say hi to everyone. :)
