I really appreciate everyone's contributions on this website. BP is simply a very high quality product.
I'd like to name my top posters on here:

Gold Rob K He is very funny & has some great insights on things. He knows what he's doing, yet, can bring it down to a newbie's level. I feel he really wants to help everyone by sharing his trade secrets.

Silver Brian Hoyt The kid's (almost) got a master's in engineering. Very bright yet, again, can bring down to people's level. I like one post who he (humbly) brought up how he got in an argument with his tenant; he came on here & stated his mistakes & what he will learn from them & encouraged feedback. He's going to be successful, no doubt. I suggest he be a moderator for engineering questions on BP.

Bronze @david beard - great insight on financing. he also has a knack for common sense investing - like how 1 br's are difficult to make any $ due to higher vacancy rates & turnover.
