Hey Everyone! I am loving this site....all the support everyone is showing @Justin Lee is great!! What about a slightly "mature" (not old) :) grandma who is just getting started! I wasn't as smart as Justin was at 18, but I am finally growing up! I live in the DMV area (DC, MD, VA) can anyone help me to find private money lenders? My goal is to wholesale for a short while to pay off some debt, then I want to buy, hold and rent.....any advice would be great!!
