Real Estate Sales License Louisiana

Currently forming my LLC and I would like to get my real estate license maybe even to fall back on in the future. I work offshore as a tug boat captain so I have a full time job. Any ideas on how I could get a broker to sponsor me? Isn't that required to get an agent license in hand? I don't mind the fees or renewal process I'm just looking forward to the education in real estate. Thank you for your time
