Search Alerts in Marketplace - It's here!

BiggerPockets - I've heard from many of you that one of the biggest issues with the Marketplace is that you cannot get alerts when a property fits your criteria. 

We've been working on a fix and it launched this morning. As of today, when you filter properties in the Marketplace, you will be given the option to Create a Search Alert! Check it out here.

When you click the grey button "Create Search Alert" you can: 

1) Label your search whatever you want to call it. Examples include Denver metro duplex or Flippin' hot properties ;) 

2) Choose how you want to receive notification of properties that fit your criteria. You can choose if you want site notification and how frequently you want to receive an email notification. 

From here, we'll let you know when a property is listed in the Marketplace that fits your criteria for a deal. 

You can edit your label, incase Flippin' hot properties is not how you want to name your search, and edit your filters at any time by heading to Settings --> Alerts, and selecting "edit". 

We launched this ASAP, we know there is more work to be done to make the Marketplace fit your standards and we are working on it! Please do not hesitate to PM me or leave a message below with feedback.

@Steven Taylor Click "Marketplace" in the top navigation, or "Real Estate Listings" from the Marketplace dropdown. @Fernando E. it is available in the mobile version, open the filters section after you've applied a filter and you'll be able to click "Create Search Alert", it's under the "Apply Filters" button.
