Secondary market for tickets?

I just learned of the Conference in Nashville. And actually I just MOVED to Nashville, so it seems like a great omen. I would really like to go. I saw the basic tickets are sold out and I can't afford $999, is there any secondary market for tickets?  Anywhere people are transferring, buying/selling tickets? Often people can't go last minute. Thank you for any help!
