Newbie needs guidance, struggling to find property to flip help !

I'm a newbie. I have partners for funding. Trying to find a property to flip. Using an agent. Not getting anywhere so far. He just sends me new listings and every once in a while says "this one looks good". Should I use more agents? FInd a better agent? use other methods? Thanks for any help !
