How to find information on property owners?

I am looking at a few different properties in the Halifax area that have been abandoned and need some work. I am having a hard time trying to contact the owners of the properties. One is owned by a person and a corporation owns the other few.

Does anyone have any good way to find or contact the owner of a abandoned sfm? Have been trying multiple different ways but always coming up short.
