Advocacy forum

Josh,

This is a request for you to consider adding an advocacy forum. The idea will be to discuss local and national laws, regulations and guidelines that impact investors. Everything from lead laws to FHA seasoning to local eviction timetables. It would also be a way for investors to work together to fight against or for those rules.

I hinted at the need for investors to work together to fight crazy rules that have a huge negative impact on our industry. I think a forum to discuss the issues would be a good step in the right direction.

I appreciate your time in considering this topic.

Jason
