That said, I'm completely with you . . . we certainly do have to get these users motiv8td :mrgreen: to participate. As you and many of the other active posters are well aware, the more you participate and engage, the more benefit you derive.

I am actually amused each week when that one user contacts me to close their account because BiggerPockets wasn't helpful to them -- of course, they created a profile that was basically empty and they never participated in any way. While having a profile can certainly help in various ways, the key is engagement and participation - period.
