Using App, no pictures??

Why can't I see pictures in forum posts? Is this a flaw on my Android's part?? I'm tired of having to hunt down post in the website to see "worst of the worst toilets" and "look what my tenant left" because it won't show on my phone. I admit, I'm a sucker for the extreme. Plus I want to see members rehab photos. Weird, the pictures do show if it's a quoted reply?? Also, I apologize if this has been discussed before.
