Question about starting a blog...

I've been attempting to start a blog, but whenever I click the "create your blog" button, it takes me to my "edit profile" page, with "Please ensure you have a complete profile (city, state and occupation) before creating a blog.", posted up at the top. All my information is there, but this message keeps popping up.

Any help?
