How to view forum categories

Hi, i am new here.

In this new post, i just want to say that this website just give me headache as when i want to do a post in a forum with appropriate title for what i want to post.

It gave me notice, you need 10 post.
then i choose another one, and it says i need 5 post,
and i finally try another one and again need 5 posts.

Ahh... now i am guessing if this is the place for me only available for posting.
Hopefully it works or i am kind of tired trying ahaha..
Especially on the first impression.
