How do I post a question to BP members in my area. Site help pls

Hi Folks,

Could you please remind or direct me to where or how I post a question to BP members in my area (key word "Bozeman")? As a Pro member, I believe I can post a question to up to x number of members directly versus a general post.  Can't seem to find out how to do this on the site.  Newby problem seeking a simple solution.  Thanks for your help.
