Bad Contractor-what is my recourse
Hello,
I have an issue with a contractor. Who said he ordered the material for the rehab but still has not produced it after weeks of saying he did. What would be the legal course of action?

@Tracy D. Garrett-Numa You hired a contractor and he was vetted . Thats good . So you hired a properly licensed Maryland Home improvement contractor ( MHIC ) . You simply file a complaint with the commission , he has a bond posted and you can collect from that . All his license information should be on the contract he provided to you .
If by chance he is not licensed , you have a lot of fighting to do
