Why Bigger Pockets Pro v. Plus - Inquiring minds need to know?

Hello Bigger Pockets. I am new to Real Estate investing here in my beautiful North Carolina. I am totally amazed at the community here but want some friendly advice. I would like to know from users who have upgraded to Pro v Plus. The big difference seems to be retention of reports ... is there more? Help me out before I pull the trigger.

I've got questions and hope to fill the forums!
