I have read the threads on replying but it isn't working.
I would like to answer some questions to the welcome thread I started.

I am Working out of Aurora, Colorado, and I am a residential broker. The market out here is saturated with homes and the prices are "wavy" one week high, one week mid range. So there is a lot of fluctuation. I am the broker/owner for my company therefore I can invest all I want hehehehe.

I got into the real estate biz as a contractor, then investor, now Realtor. I have been doing this for about 5-6 years, and about 15 years as a contractor.

I think that covers all the answers. But.... help on the reply stuff. I tried everything that was suggested. Is there a browser setting I am forgetting?

Thanks.

This is definitely beyond my level of expertise, but here's a link to a similar issue that I saw in the Related Discussions at the bottom of this post.

I'm assuming you see the Quick Reply button at the bottom of your thread and can click on it?

Hope this works.

BTW, Welcome to BP!
