Any area is great for flips, even SoCal. The problem is that you have to find "DEALS". That is the hard part.

You have to find your way of getting connected or start some marketing to find deals.

I have a website, a blog, I host a meeting every month, I have 3 facebook pages, I give out lots of information here on BP and I meet with lots of people and talk about real estate with everyone that I know. I filled out my profile and have pictures so that people know who I am. I try to be the "go to" person regarding real estate in my circle of friends and family.

I also talk with wholesalers, rehabbers, landlords and anyone else who I think might be selling a house.
