Looking for a specific BP Podcast

Hey BP, I’m looking for a specific podcast where one person was talking about how they did the British style of Real estate rentals. Where you rent out each room of a house and they all share a kitchen, living room, etc. does this ring any bells for anyone? I’ve been trying to find it to show a friend. Moderators, if this is in the wrong area, please point me in the right direction and I’ll post it there.
