Foreclosure.com by Bigger Pockets

Has anyone signed up for and used the Foreclosure.com by Bigger Pockets? What was your opinion of the information there? Is it worth the cost?

I've signed up for similar sites before, only to find that the properties were sold months before and no longer available. Or the price isn't what is listed on the site. Basically, I've had some bad luck with other sites and paid a lot of money for some of them. 

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
