Hidden Profiles? Why? Benefit?

Every now and then I notice a profile that is hidden. What could be the reason? Would it not be more conducive for business to post all your info, your experience, what you specialize in, etc? Is there any benefit one could think of? I do see a few people that appear to be unlawfully brokering RE in FL, maybe that is the best reason?
