My computer went bad on me. When I try to get on BP, I get a message that says the site might be down and to try and "reload " the page. Is that the same as refresh? I'm no techie. I'm using a different computer, but want to use mine the next week while on a cruise. Thanks for suggestions. Rich.

First check with other browser, if you use Internet Explorer download Mozilla Firefox.
If you use actual Firefox then you can find Internet Explorer on your computer under "all programs".

After that and no success? Try other sites on web is there all okay? If yes delete all Cookies and the history of your pimary browser. If not your computer cannot establish internet connection, that can be hardware or software faults then or a firewall. Good luck.
